Women have always played a significant role in God’s work from inception. While there are many men championing the course of the gospel, there are several women championing the course of the lives of those men. So, without the women, the men couldn’t have succeeded. In this season and time, God is raising lots of women into ministry as well as many ministries about them.
In this piece, we shall be raising prayer points to partner with God in what He is doing in the lives of women and what He is currently doing with them. So, these prayer points will come in two categories. The first will be prayers for ministries for women and the second will be prayers for women in ministries. These two aspects are important if we are to pray for women’s ministry. Please find the prayers below;
Prayers for Ministries for Women
- Father in Jesus’ name, Let every woman come to the knowledge of the truth about who they are in the kingdom. Let their eyes open through the instrumentation of several ministries you have commissioned for women in different capacities in the name of Jesus. Let every woman come to the realization of their identity in the kingdom in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I pray that you pour grace into every ministry you have set to empower women for the kingdom’s purpose in Jesus’ name. Let every of this ministry set for women be productive in the name of Jesus. Let those ministries be a true point of contact to as many women as possible in the name of Jesus.
- Father, let there be revival to reposition women through several ministries you have raised for the rising of women in Jesus’ name. Revive the women in this time and season in Jesus’ name. Lord, raise people to raise women in this time and season in the name of Jesus. Let there be a revival for the women’s ministries in the name of Jesus.
- Lord, we pray that you visit every ministry for women that are currently undergoing a crisis for restoration in Jesus’ name. Let new dawn come on them and let their glory be restored in the name of Jesus. Father, we pray that you give them beauty for ashes in the name of Jesus. Jesus, your word says weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning, let their morning come in Jesus’ name.
- Lord, revive all women’s ministries that are out of shape in Jesus’ name. Every ministry that is meant to produce great women of faith, and great vessels for the kingdom that has lost out, please revive them in the name of Jesus. Let there be a divine touch on these women’s ministries in the name of Jesus.
Prayers for Women in Ministries
- Father, I uphold women in ministry for effective service in the ministry in Jesus’ name. Lord, help them to be effective in the ministry to do all that you require them to do in Jesus’ name. Please, uphold them in all ways so that they can be effective in Jesus’ name.
- Lord Jesus, I ask that you grant all women in ministry the grace to do ministry in the best way you want it in Jesus’ name. Let grace be available for them in the name of Jesus. Grant them grace to function effectively in every area of the ministry in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I ask that you empower the women in ministry to live a balanced life in the name of Jesus. Let them not fail as a mother, and succeed as a minister or succeed as succeed in ministry but fail in all other areas. Lord, empower them to succeed in all areas in the name of Jesus.
- Father in Jesus’ name, I ask for wisdom for women in ministry. Father grant them wisdom to do ministry without using it to affect their homes and relationship negatively. Dear Lord, grant every woman in ministry wisdom to balance all relationships in the name of Jesus. The Bible says wisdom is profitable to direct, Lord grant them wisdom in all ways in Jesus’ name.
- Father, every woman in ministry or every minister in women’s ministry going through persecution receive rest. Fight for them beyond their imagination in Jesus’ name. For them, oh Lord, arise and cause them to enter into a new glorious season in their ministry in the name of Jesus. Let all their persecutors rejoice in the glory of the Lord over their life in Jesus’ name.
- For all women ministers trying so hard and are overburdened in the ministry, Lord please send them help from above in the name of Jesus. Father, send them help beyond their imaginations in the name of Jesus. Let help from above locate them, help for the work of ministry in the name of Jesus.
- For every women minister that has fallen due to one temptation or the other, dear Lord please reach out to them for a second chance in the name of Jesus. Father, grant them a second chance in the name of Jesus. Have mercy on them in the name of Jesus. The bible says your mercy is new every day, please grant them mercy for a new beginning in the name of Jesus.
- Father, I pray for every women minister in ministry that they will not lose focus of the call and the ministry committed into their hands in Jesus’ name. Whatever the challenges or trials they face, Lord please help them to remain focused on your biddings in the name of Jesus.
Whether you are a man or woman, these prayers can be prayed by anyone. After all, it is a partnership with God to use women and raise them in ministry. All that is required is the sincerity of the heart while praying those prayers. Make sure the prayers touch your heart because if it doesn’t touch your heart, they cannot move God. And the prayers do not move God, such a prayer time is a wasted time.
