Prayers for all Refugees

Becoming a refugee is not something anyone would wish to become. It means being forced out of one’s place or abode to live a beggarly life somewhere else. It is painful, and it often come with some trauma. Sometimes, they are evacuated to another location for safety, treatment, and care by those offering humanitarian service to save their lives.

There are three major reasons or causes for which people may become a refugee either in their own land or outside. These causes are war, persecution, and natural disasters. In this piece, we shall be raising prayer points for refugees. The prayers will be divided into three divisions based on the cause. The prayers will be raised in two dimensions for each of the categories which are the one prayed by refugee themselves and the ones prayed for the refugees.

Prayers for Refugees because of Persecution 

1. Father, I pray for everyone that has become a refugee because of persecution they are going through, please arise on their behalf and let all persecutors be silenced in the name of Jesus. Let every persecutor be shut down in the name of Jesus. 
2. Father, for every refugee as a result of persecution, let every mouth against them be shut in the name of Jesus. Please Lord; shut every mouth fighting against them in the name of Jesus. Let those mouths lose relevance in the name of Jesus. 
3. Father, let every persecution that has turn people to refugee in and outside their country come to an end in the name of Jesus. Please bring these persecutions to an end by your mighty power in the name of Jesus. Irrespective of how these persecutions may have come, please bring it to an end in the name of Jesus.
4. Father, I ask that everyone that is actively involved in the persecution of the people through which they have become refugees be used as the instrument to restore the refugees in the name of Jesus. Let there be a great compelling power that will turn them around in the name of Jesus.
5. Lord, let every of my persecutors be judged in the name of Jesus. Lord arise and fight for me by judging all my persecutors in the name of Jesus. Let them be judged in the name of Jesus. Spare no one in the name of Jesus.
6. Father, I ask that every base of their persecutions against me beginning to fight them in the name of Jesus. Whatever they are using to accuse and fight me in the persecution, Lord let it begin to fight them in the name of Jesus. 

Prayers for Refugees because of War

1. Father, I pray for peace in the home country in the name of Jesus. Let there be peace in the name of Jesus. You are a good peace, therefore I ask that peace reign in my country in the name of Jesus. From every corner of my country, let there be peace in Jesus name. 
2. Father, let every bone of contention causing war be silenced for peace in Jesus’ name. I come against every reason behind the war to be silenced in the name of Jesus. I curse every reason behind the war to die in the name of Jesus. By the power mighty in the name of Jesus, I curse reasons behind war to be baseless and void in the name of Jesus.
3. By the reason of your mercy that is available afresh every day, I pray that the mercy of the Lord take away war from our land in the name of Jesus. Let your mercy break every hold of war in the land in the name of Jesus. No more war in the name of Jesus. I declare that no more war in our land in the name of Jesus.
4. Father, I pray that every refugee be healed from all emotional trauma of the war in the name of Jesus. Jesus, the great physician, please heal them in the name of Jesus. Stretch forth your mighty hand and heal them in the name of Jesus. Heal them of psychological and emotional trauma in the name of Jesus.
5. Lord, I ask for your comfort for all refugees who have lost friends and family to the war in the name of Jesus. Jesus, only you can comfort them truly, please reach out to them and comfort them truly in the name of Jesus. Let there be comfort for them in the name of Jesus. For their loss and pain, let there be comfort in the name of Jesus.

Prayers for Refugees because Natural Disasters

1. Our father, let our land receive healing in the name of Jesus. Heal our land from all sorts of natural disasters in the name of Jesus. Stretch forth your hand from north to south and from east to west, heal the land in the name of Jesus.
2. Father, I ask for the forgiveness of our sins if our sins have plunge our land into destructions through this natural disasters in the name of Jesus. Father have mercy and let your mercy be sure over our land in the name of Jesus.
3. Lord, I pray for everyone that has lost properties and people that has now become a refugee that you comfort them in their loss in the name of Jesus. Visit them by your comforting power and comfort them from within in the name of Jesus. 
4. Father, we pray for all our refugees that their life will not enter into shambles by this experience but that you will pick them up in the name of Jesus. Lord, don’t let them end it all here by this experience in the name of Jesus. Give them hope in Jesus’ name.
5. Father, everyone that has been broken by this experience will be restored in the name of Jesus. Lord, we pray for restoration for them in the name of Jesus. Let there be divine restoration for all refugees in the name of name of Jesus.

With these prayer points and many other as you may be inspired by the Holy spirit, I am certain you can lift the refugees and help them to become great again by the power of the Holy Ghost.
